1. Who we are

TRACK (Testing Readiness & Academic Core Knowledge) is an independent online academic assessment for Grades 1–11. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website, buy an access code, or take an assessment. TRACK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge University Press & Assessment or any other examination board.

We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect more personal information than the service requires.

This site shows advertising served by Google AdSense.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use assessment answers for advertising profiles.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (for example, the email address on a purchase record), or ask any other questions about this policy, by contacting us at the address below. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can control advertising cookies yourself at any time via the links in §3 — this does not affect your use of TRACK. Your use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Service.
